he's one of the staff members on the forum, he used to have the username Dogma but changed it to Pluto (hence the dog appearance). he writes super mega über long posts which are mostly responded to by tl;dr (to lazy, didn't read). I haven't got the low down on how he's gonna be in the game actually so I just based him off of how he is on the forum kinda xD
